This Privacy Policy describes how LSync (the “Application”) developed by LEXIOT (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects user information when you use the Application.

1. Information We Collect

LSync does not require users to create an account or log in using email, phone number, or password. However, the Application may collect the following information that users voluntarily provide:

• Role Selection: Instructor or Student
• Address (Optional): Physical address provided by the user

Providing an address is optional and not required to use the app. The app’s core functionality—allowing instructors and students to track attendance—works fully without providing an address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only to:

• Identify whether the user is an Instructor or Student
• Allow instructors and students to manage attendance records
• Store user preferences locally on the device

If provided, address information is used only to help instructors and students coordinate driving classes. We do not use this information for advertising, analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

Any information provided within the app is visible only between the Instructor and Student, based on their mutual understanding and solely for app functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

LSync does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. If any third-party services are added in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Data Storage and Security

• User information is stored locally on the user’s device.
• No background location tracking or GPS access is performed.
• We take reasonable measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

6. User Choices and Control

Users can manage or remove their information by:

• Editing or removing their address inside the app
• Changing role via Settings → Change Mode
• Uninstalling the app to remove locally stored data

7. Children’s Privacy

LSync is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
